Traditional healthcare IT solutions, along with the newest big data and AI applications, have created much value for the healthcare management industry. How should policy makers, industry players, and capital markets interact to actively fill in the gap for innovation and integration, thus facilitating the goal of Healthcare 2030 National Strategy? What are the challenges ahead for aligning medical data nationwide? How can overall healthcare service quality be improved by building an ecosystem of healthcare+AI+data integration? YHCC will invite 4 distinguished professionals covering policy makers, market players and investors to share their insights and expertise.
Daqing Cai (Yale MBA '98)
Former Managing Director at Legend Capital
Dr. Daqing Cai served as the Managing Director and Executive Director of Legend Capital. He joined Legend Capital in May 2011 and focused on investment opportunities in the healthcare sector. He has led several investment deals including berrygenomics and innoventbio. Before joining Legend Capital, Dr. Cai served as an executive at multiple companies including SBI-SDJB, SinoChem (Hong Kong), Booz & Co. and BGI. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.B.A. from Yale University and a B.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China.

Mr. Wensheng Ju led the formulation of the “Beijing Public Health Information System Construction Plan” and “National Health Information Development Plan in Beijing 13th Five-Year Plan.” Mr. Ju has led the establishment of more than 20 major information systems, including the Community Health Service Management Information System, Planned Immunization Management Information System, and Maternal and Child Health Care Management Information System. Mr. Ju is also an editorial board member of Introduction to Digital Medicine and Hospital Management: Information Management. Mr. Ju holds a master's degree in social medicine and health management from Capital Medical University and was a visiting scholar in public administration at the University of Minnesota.

Researcher at Multimedia Signal and Intelligent Information Processing Lab of Tsinghua University
Mr. Qun Li was a member of the "Start-up team" of the "Artificial Intelligence + Medical" business launched by Iflytek and set up the North Branch of Iflytek's medical team. He integrated artificial intelligence with medical services and conducted validation and deployment in a number of first-class medical institutions such as 301 Hospital and Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Mr. Li holds a master's degree in Computer Technology and Application at Renmin University.

Mr. Minchao Liu, Director of Information Department of Chinese PLA General Hospital, has several years of experience in Medical information establishment and management. Mr. Liu has led his team to carry out pharmacy management, health economic management, health insurance management, digital health, ERP, and medical technology operation management programs. Mr. Liu also serves as the Standing Director of Chinese Health Information Association, the Standing Director of Beijing Health Information Technology Association. Mr. Liu holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
Vivian Li (Yale SOM '13)

Founding Partner of Beijing DRGS Tech Co., Ltd
Since 2007, Vivian Li has co-founded two companies in the healthcare industry specializing in healthcare management IT solutions; their products have served more than 600 hospitals in China and overseas. In 2011, Vivian led a strategic acquisition of the first company. In 2016, Vivian co- founded Beijing DRGS Tech Co., Ltd, catering to the grand national healthcare reform policy, providing DRG cost-control and quality management solutions to connect and maximize efficiency among hospitals, government and medical insurance parties. Prior to that, Vivian also owned an early education center and worked at Stanleyworks for international trading. Vivian has an MBA degree from Renmin University and an MAM degree from Yale SOM.
